In India almost 40 % women suffer harassment while working in offices.
“TEJPAL’S OF MEDIA” – This created another anger in the minds of people , and gave a clear signal that women is unsafe every where. Tejpal who created Tehelka in the Politics is now under scanner as her employee has alleged that Tejpal has Raped her. It’s really shocking that this can happen in country where women is worshiped.
Tehelka was created in Tehelka after a woman colleague alleged that she had been sexually assaulted by Tarun Tejpal. This received intense public attention and media scrutiny especially because Tejpal and his magazine had previously been involved in highlighting the issue of sexual violence in India, including in a special issue on the topic in February of the year. Police in the state of Goa, where the incident took place, have filed a First Information Report (FIR) which lists charges, including rape, against him. A non-bailable warrant has been issued against him by the Goa Police.
Just IN Print has taken several Initiative’s to offer women in distress for job opportunity in the Just IN Print. We offered the Victim to join Just IN Print. So, by such small steps it brings changes in society.
But this incident has created a real TEHELKA in the field of Print Media. At last It’s a shame for media fraternity. Just IN Print strongly condemns such incidents.
