Yet he will ‘fight’, ‘quarrel’ with the L-G who’s C/o President of India (he’s L-G’s boss), guided by Union Home Minister via Union Home Ministry’s Joint Secretary in charge of UTs through official channels in the ministry. Kejriwal, if he wants, can stop his present quarrel with the Delhi L-G rightaway if he accepts rules need to be changed first and then he go ahead with demand for all delhi-powers with him. Reverse of it is not possible now. Instead he should concentrate on governance of Delhi, prove to Delhiites he is for Delhi, by Delhi, of Delhi. For example, he surely can make Delhiites receive waters in this near -45 degrees temperature. He is not doing that. If he is doing so, how come there is a literal water-famine in the capital ? As CM, he is now concentrating on his powers transferred from L-G to him. Powers like transfer/posting of employees. …Instead of complaining/grousing/quarre-ling, if he concentrates on sit-in(s) (he is globally famous for that since last number of years) in the Raisina Hill demanding fulfillment of his rights, it will be suitable. Simultaneously, he should concentrate on governance of parched Delhi in 45 degree centigrade. …Perhaps, as many in the Civil Service unashedly confide — Kejriwal being a non-IAS always nurtured grouse against IAS who always boss over non-IAS, IAS being the most powerful administrative boss in the country — as duly elected Chief Minister, Kejriwal should give up his squabble because he is earning bad name as he is fighting with only IAS officers (they are filled in Home Ministry) including the L-G who was an IAS officer. If he is serious as CM, he should rightaway stop making laughing stock of himself. He should be persona of 2015 and not of ‘60s, ‘70s, ‘80s, ‘90s etc taking out his grouse against IAS. Officially, IAS is still all powerful. At the time of writing, IAS officers are laughing their heart out at Kejriwal who was IRS, far below IAS.
